Amillcleaners (ACL) series fined cleaning sieves achieves perfect sifting, cleaning, and classification of all sort of dry granular agricultural products.

They can be efficiently used for seeds (wheat, barley, oat, corn, etc.), legumes (bean, chickpea, etc.), and any other granular seeds.


After all cleaning process, it can be ensured that all dust and lightweight extraneous matters are completely sorted out by exposing the product high air flow from two different points.

WORKING PRINCIPLE FINED CLEANING SIEVE

1. Product Feeding Roller: It is used for spreading the product whole surface of the sieve and controlling the capacity. In order to maintain the product fluidity and prevent the product from getting jammed, the adjustable mechanic valve system is placed on the roller.


2. Z Type Air Chanel: The product streaming from the roller is separated from the dust and lightweight extraneous matters by the air flow generated from three different points throughout air channels.

3. Sieves: It is made of plywood. It is invulnerable to vibrations and mechanic loads. It has a long-expected lifetime. Sieve installation and de-installation are quite easy. The sieve cleaning system is independent of the sieve itself. The cleaning is handled by plastic balls. The clogged sieve is cleaned by continuously moving balls with an eccentric motion.

4. Eccentric System: The special designs are used in machines for minimum vibration. In order to minimize the vibration effect of the eccentric force, special vibration wedges are used. The machine functions with minimum vibration with a counterbalancing system. 
 

5. The lightweight Grain Separation Aspiration Channels: At the last part when the product leaves the machine the lightweight and hollow grains are separated from the product by applying high air flow. This process is carried out from two different points which in turn improves the effici ency and productivity to a great extent.
 

6. Air Channels: With the effect of high air flow, the flying lightweight and hollow grains are separated from the air and directed to the waste product channel by air channels. At the end, the dusty air is directed to the aspiration unit.
 

7Air Adjusting Valves with Actuators: The input and output air flow level are adjusted by sending a signal to the actuators.
 

8. Disposal Screw Conveyor: The waste product gathered in both input and output cyclone system is thrown out by the screw conveyor. There are eight points used for disposal. 
 

9. Cyclone and Fan Unit: The dusty air collected from the aspiration system is cleaned from the heavy materials and dust in this unit with the help of centrifugal force. The waste product is conducted from cyclone system to sacks or disposal screw conveyor through the air lock. The cleaned air is disposed to the environment.
